Appearance (List PB): (PB=Subaru from all phases) Subaru is a tall, thin, gaunt looking boy. He has messy black hair,
and green eyes, with a haunted, shadowed look to them. He is very pale and drawn out, and usually dresses in plain black.

Background and History: (Please include place of origin, and social standing) Subaru came from a family with strong abilties in Japan,
in which he was trained quiet well. He had an idelic childhood, his Paternal Granmother cared for both he and his sister, sending them to live
in Tokyo once they were old enough and convinced her they could take care of themselves fine. He was a happy, fluffy child, ususally dressed
outlandishly by his twin

Subaru returned a year later, broken and without his twin, and hasn't spoken of what happened to anyone. His power haven been greatly increased,
to the point where neith he nor his grandmother know how to handle him, and she found Oswald as alternative, hoping it would help him find himself.

Special Abilities: Communication with the dead (arguably not related to his abilty), kinetic energy
What draw back does said power have:* He has little control over the energy, and usually needs something to focus it (he commonly used traditional Japanese Ofuda)

Goals in Life: (Future career, romantic ideals, etc) His goal was to take over his clan, but since the yar he has had little energy for anything.

Politics: (Do they approve of the government, would they be willing to work with the government?) He has no reason to work for them, nor reason to refuse.
